What clearing an estate property actually looks like.

As you would be aware, every estate, like every person, is different.  Yes, there are legal processes that must be adhered too & similarities between estates, however, we're fully aware that we're usually meeting executors & family members during extremely difficult times & an individualised approach is required.

That said, we are extremely process driven when clearing an estate.  Our process flow looks something like this:

'Tis the Season

Merry Christmas to everyone from Time Made!  Whatever you're doing, I hope you have fun, are around friends & family, & make the most of the festive season.  We are taking a few days off between Christmas & New Year, but otherwise, we'll be working.  The phone is starting to run hot for our drop in house sitting service, where we come to your home, feed your animals, water the plants, collect the mail etc.  Anything to make you look like you're at home when you're not.

If you’re looking at moving here are a few tips that will help you on your way.

  • Start early.  Start working through your home, one room at a time, well before moving date.  Sort and purge so you only take what is important to you to your next home. There is absolutely no point paying to have clutter relocated from one property to another.  You could donate, sell or dump items well in advance. Sorting and decluttering is good for the soul.
